摘　　要：∅4.2mm以下锌合金线材常用水箱拉丝机拉拔制成,具有拉拔速度和效率高等诸多优势。但锌合金熔点较低,线材超过70℃时,容易导致线材晶粒粗大脆化或空穴而易拉断,或断后伸长率达不到规定要求,因此拉拔速度受限于不超过320m/min。为解决拉拔过程产生的热量,常规水箱拉丝机设有小型水-拉拔液介质热交换器,它附设于水箱拉丝机机体,热交换能力受限,且水-拉拔液介质热交换效率不稳定。对常规水箱拉丝机的结构研究,将水箱体冗余部分体积改为具有热交换功能的结构,在不增加附设热交换器能力或取消附设热交换器的前提下,稳定和降低拉拔液温度,提高拉拔速度和水箱体刚性。The zinc alloy wire below 4.2mm diameter has been usually drawn by water tank drawing machine,which has many advantages such as high drawing speed and efficiency.However,the zinc alloy has a low melting point.When the wire exceeds 70℃,it is easy to cause the wire grain to be coarse and brittle or to be easily broken due to cavitation,or the elongation after fracture cannot meet the specified requirements,so the drawing speed is limited to not more than 320m/min.In order to solve the heat generated in the drawing process,the conventional water tank drawing machine is equipped with a small water-drawing liquid medium heat exchanger,which is attached to the body of the water tank drawing machine.The heat exchange capacity is limited,and the water-drawing liquid medium heat exchange efficiency is unstable.For the structural research of the conventional water tank drawing machine,the volume of the redundant part of the water tank body is changed to a structure with heat exchange function.Without increasing the capacity of the attached heat exchanger or eliminating the attached heat exchanger,the drawing liquid temperature has been stabilized and reduced,while the drawing speed and the rigidity of the water tank body have been improved.
