摘　　要：锻造自动喷雾润滑装置是锻造自动化的技术难点之一,而模具润滑又是金属热加工工艺中重要的环节之一,良好的模具润滑对模具寿命和锻件质量起决定性作用。本文将多工位自动压力机中配套的喷嘴式喷雾结构设计改造为一种内混式喷雾装置,该装置解决了在实际生产过程中因喷雾雾化不均匀导致的模具寿命短、锻件出模不稳定等问题,同时该装置内部采用雾化阀芯移动的方式,加大了对模具冷却、清扫氧化皮等作用。实践应用表明,该装置能够有效延长模具寿命、提升锻件质量。Forging automatic spray lubrication device is one of the technical difficulties of forging automation,and die lubrication is one of the important links in metal hot working process.Good die lubrication plays a decisive role in die life and forging quality.In the text,the nozzle spray structure design of the multi-station automatic press has been transformed into an internal mixing spray device.This device solves the problems of short life of the die and unstable die casting caused by the uneven spray atomization in the actual production process.At the same time,the device uses the way of moving the atomization valve core inside to increase the role of die cooling and cleaning oxide skin.The practical application shows that the device can effectively prolong the die life and improve the forging quality.
