摘  要:针对某1.9L排量车用国六柴油发动机EGR旁通阀片断裂问题,从旁通阀结构设计分析、旁通阀片强度校核、旁通阀受力测试分析方面进行原因排查,确定EGR旁通阀片受发动机高频排气脉冲正反向压差作用,致使旁通阀片异常动作而发生疲劳断裂。根据旁通阀受力状态及工作环境对旁通阀执行机构初始弹簧力和真空执行器膜片直径进行计算和优化调整,对优化调整后的方案开展试验验证,根本上解决阀片断裂问题。For the fracture problem of EGR bypass valve plate of a 1.9L ChinaⅥemission standard vehicle diesel engine,this paper investigated the causes from bypass valve structure design analysis,bypass valve plate strength check,and bypass valve force analysis,and determined that the EGR bypass valve plate was subject to the positive and negative pressure of engine high-frequency exhaust pulse,which caused the abnormal action of the bypass valve plate and fatigue fracture.According to the force analysis and working environment of the bypass valve,the spring force of the bypass valve actuator and the specifications of the vacuum actuator diaphragm are calculated and optimized,and the optimized scheme is tested and verified to fundamentally solve the valve fracture problem.
