《南部新书》“九饤食”词语考释

摘　　要：宋人钱易所撰笔记《南部新书·壬卷》收录有“九饤食”一词。“九饤食”是用九枚牙盘盛食以供皇帝观赏的餐食,食具有专名“九饤盘”。“饤”疑因与“钉”共取“物相叠置连缀”语义,而有“将食品堆叠于器皿中”之义。同时,据文献考证该词条中“看食见”是误断句读,“见”字应属下读。Qian Yi's literary sketch Nan Bu Xin Shu,which was written in the Song Dynasty,the ninth volume included the word“Jiudingshi”.“Jiudingshi”is a type of meal served with nine plates for the emperor to appreciate,and its utensils have a proprietary name“Jiudingpan”.“饤”and“钉”may share the meaning of“stack”,extending into the meaning of“stacking food in utensils together”.Meanwhile,based on literature studies,“Kanshijian”in this sentence is a wrong punctuate treatment,and the word“Jian”should be read as a subordinate.
