摘　　要：针对建筑基坑承压降水井封堵施工中存在的问题,通过合理分析及改进,研发出一套实现快速封堵高水位承压降水井的施工技术。采取在盲板上开设排水孔和注浆孔,孔外安装球阀,通过注浆孔外三通注浆管路分别注入快硬水泥浆和水玻璃-磷酸复合溶液,实现降水和快速封堵的有效衔接。该技术在工程实践中得以应用,并取得良好的社会与经济效益。As to the problems existing in the plugging construction of pressure-bearing dewatering wells in building foundation pits,a set of construction technology for quickly plugging high water level pressure-bearing dewatering wells is developed through reasonable analysis and improvement.Drainage holes and grouting holes are set on the blind plate,ball valves are installed outside the holes,and fast hardening cement slurry and sodium silicate phosphoric acid composite solution are respectively injected through the three-way grouting pipeline outside the grouting holes to achieve effective connection between dewatering and fast plugging.The technology is applied in engineering practice and achieves good social and economic benefits.
