摘  要:结合工程实际,对双层正方四角锥焊接球网架拖拉滑移安装技术进行了研究。在前期对施工实际情况进行分析的基础上,采取了分段制作、整体拖拉安装施工技术。与传统的累积滑移安装相比,新技术无需增加液压顶推装置及后背墙等措施,工作面更小,支架搭设量更少,减少了施工措施费用和人工成本,在保证工期的同时,降低了大量高空作业施工带来的安全风险,社会效益和经济效益显著,可为同类工程提供借鉴。Combined with the engineering practice,the dragging and sliding installation technology of double-layer square pyramid welded spherical grid is studied.On the basis of the analysis of the actual construction situation in the early stage,the construction technology of sectional production and overall dragging and installing is adopted.Compared with the traditional cumulative sliding installation,the new technology does not need to add hydraulic jacking device,back wall and other measures.The working face is smaller and the amount of support erection is less.It reduces the cost of construction measures and labor costs.While ensuring the construction period,it reduces the safety risks caused by a large number of high-altitude operations.The social and economic benefits are significant,which can provide reference for similar projects.
