摘 要:施工现场钢筋桁架叠合板下支撑常采用满堂支撑架,该支撑体系存在施工成本高、施工效率低等缺点,已不能适应建筑施工发展的需要。叠合板下满堂支撑体系的优化成为目前装配式建筑施工的当务之急。结合规范条文,编制形成《常用叠合板支撑布置计算表格》,提出了常用叠合板跨度下的支撑布置优化形式,便于现场选用。基于此,现场可快速计算叠合板下支撑布置,优化立杆间距,提高方案编制效率,同时节约施工成本,可在后续类似工程中加以推广应用。The full hall support frame is often used as the lower support of the steel truss composite plate in the construction site.This support system has the disadvantages of high construction cost,low construction efficiency,etc.,and can no longer meet the requirements of the development of building construction.The optimization of the full hall support system under the composite slab has become an urgent task in the construction of prefabricated buildings.In combination with the provisions of the specification,the Calculation Table of Support Layout of Common Composite Slab is compiled,and the optimal support layout form under the span of common composite slab is proposed for the convenience of on-site selection.Based on it,the layout of the lower support of the composite plate can be quickly calculated on site,the spacing of the upright poles can be optimized,the efficiency of scheme preparation can be improved,and the construction cost can be saved,which can be popularized and applied in the subsequent similar projects.
