摘 要:为探索海上非常规稠油多轮次热采吞吐后有效接替开发方式,以渤海A油田Bm井组为例首次开展了海上油田水平井蒸汽驱先导试验。针对蒸汽驱开发面临井筒安全控制要求高、汽窜防治难度大、设备吊装摆放困难等问题,开展了水平井蒸汽驱关键工艺研究,包括水平井蒸汽驱注热安全控制工艺、高温堵调工艺等,并试制了一套适用于海上的小型化/分段卧式过热蒸汽锅炉及配套水处理设备。水平井蒸汽驱先导试验项目于2020年6月进行现场实施,过热锅炉及配套水处理设备运行平稳,水平井蒸汽驱井口、井下管柱工具性能稳定,现场通过注入泡沫段塞实现了液流调控和化学堵调增效的目的。截至2022年12月底,先导试验累产油20.70×10^(4)m^(3)、累增油5.97×10^(4)m^(3),取得了良好的增油效果,为后续渤海油田蒸汽驱扩大应用奠定了基础,可为海上稠油热采高效开发提供借鉴。In order to explore the effective alternative development mode of offshore unconventional heavy oil after multiple rounds of steam stimulation,the Bm well group of Bohai oilfield was selected to carry out the pilot test of horizontal well steam flooding in offshore oilfield.Faced with the problems of high requirements for wellbore safety control,great difficulty in steam channeling prevention and control,and difficulty in equipment hoisting and placement,research on key processes of horizontal well steam flooding has been carried out,including horizontal well steam flooding heat injection safety control process,high-temperature plugging and adjustment process,and a set of miniaturized/segmented horizontal superheated steam boiler and supporting water treatment equipment suitable for offshore conditions are trial produced.The horizontal well steam flooding pilot test project entered the field implementation stage in June 2020.Since the operation of the project,the superheated boiler and the supporting water treatment equipment have been running smoothly.The performance of the horizontal well steam flooding wellhead and downhole pipe string tools has been stable.The injection of foam slugs has achieved the purpose of liquid flow regulation,chemical plugging and efficiency enhancement.By the end of December 2022,the pilot test had achieved a cumulative oil production of 20.70×10~4m~3 and a cumulative oil production increment of 5.97×10~4m~3.This test project lays a foundation for the subsequent expansion of steam flooding application in Bohai oilfield,and also provides a reference for the efficient development of offshore heavy oil thermal recovery.
