摘  要:自我雇佣在我国属于较为特殊的就业形式,该就业形式对于降低失业率、推动经济发展和产业创新具有积极作用。自我雇佣提供给劳动者更多的自由时间,甚至在一定程度上提升其收入及社会地位,吸引各个阶层劳动者愿意参与其中。本文通过对创新创业教师自我雇佣行为影响要素的分析,利用二元离散选择模型建立创新创业教师自我雇佣行为分析框架,探索各种变量因素对创新创业教师自我雇佣选择的影响机制。Self-employment is a special form of employment in China,which plays a positive role in reducing the unemployment rate and promoting economic development and industrial innovation.Self-employment provides workers with more free time,even improves their income and social status to a certain extent,and attracts workers from all levels to participate.Through the analysis of the influencing factors of self-employment behavior of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers,this paper uses the binary discrete choice model to establish the analysis framework of self-employment behavior of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers,and explores the influence mechanism of various variable factors on selfemployment choice of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers.
