摘　　要：回顾性分析天津市中医药研究院附属医院1例变态反应性支气管肺曲霉病住院患者的临床资料、治疗经过,以加深对该病的认识,以期早诊断、早治疗。胸部CT上高密度黏液栓和曲霉特异性免疫球蛋白(Ig)E是诊断变态反应性支气管肺曲霉病的特异性指标。变态反应性支气管肺曲霉病相对少见,临床医师应不断提高认识,避免误诊及漏诊。Through retrospective analysis of the clinical data and treatment process of an inpatient with allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis in Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine,we try to deepen our understanding on the disease and hope to make early diagnosis and treatment.Hyperattenuating mucus plugging on chest CT and aspergillus specific immunoglobulin(Ig)E are specific indicators for the diagnosis of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis.Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis is relatively rare.Clinicians should constantly improve their understanding to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
