摘 要:基于齿轮啮合原理,研究变螺旋角纯滚动圆柱斜齿轮传动的几何设计、啮合性能和力学性能。根据齿轮啮合的运动规律,推导纯滚动斜齿轮传动的7种典型情况的设计参数方程,在此基础上从接触模式、接触应力和弯曲应力等啮合性能方面,与非标准渐开线斜齿轮进行对比。结果表明:与恒螺旋角纯滚动斜齿轮相比,变螺旋角纯滚动斜齿轮的设计方案降低了弯曲应力和接触应力;与几何修正的非标准渐开线斜齿轮传动相比,纯滚动齿轮具有良好的弯曲性能。Based on gear meshing principle,the geometric design,meshing performance and mechanical properties of pure rolling cylindrical helical gear transmission with variable helix angle were studied.According to the motion law of gear meshing,the design parameter equations of seven typical cases of pure rolling helical gear transmission were deduced.On this basis,it was compared with non-standard involute helical gear in terms of meshing performance such as contact mode,contact stress and bending stress.The results show that the design scheme of variable helix angle pure rolling helical gear reduces the bending stress and contact stress compared with constant helix angle pure rolling helical gear;compared with geometric modified non-standard involute helical gear transmission,pure rolling gear has good bending performance.
