摘  要:为简化常见外圆弧凸轮转子的根部轮廓加工,提出内圆弧的轮廓构造。由已知内共轭轮廓下的统一构造方程,通过转子副共轭关系上的欧拉-萨伐里方程和节圆外共轭轮廓曲率半径为0的极限特征,推导出已知内共轭轮廓下的通用极限判据;由该极限判据,给出内圆弧轮廓的极限特征,最后将最大形状系数和最大容积利用系数与外圆弧做比较。结果表明:当轮廓中点处的内共轭轮廓曲率半径线垂直于中轴时,转子轮廓处于极限状态;内圆弧转子的根部轮廓可由标准孔加工方法一次完成,加工最简单;相较于外圆弧转子,最大形状系数降低了2叶的5.0%、3叶的3.7%和4叶的2.6%,最大容积利用系数减少了12.5%、7.2%和0.1%。In order to simplify root profile processing of common Roots rotor with outer arc,the construction of inner arc rotor was proposed.Based on the unified construction equation under the given inner conjugate profile,by using the Euler-Savary equation for conjugate relation of rotor pairs and the limit feature that the curvature radius on outer conjugate profile is 0 at a certain point,the general limit criterion for known inner conjugate profile was derived.According to the general limit criterion,the limit features of inner arc profile was deduced.Finally,the maximum shape factor and maximum volume utilization factor of inner arc rotor were compared with the outer arc rotor.The results show that when the curvature radius of inner conjugate profile at middle point is perpendicular to the central axis,rotor profile is in the limit state;the root profile of inner arc rotor can be finished by standard hole machining method at one time,which is the simplest;compared with the outer arc rotor,the maximum shape factor decreases by 5.0%for 2 lobes,3.7%for 3 lobes and 2.6%for 4 lobes,and the maximum volume utilization factor decreases by 12.5%,7.2%and 0.1%.
