摘 要:目的探究烧伤患者深静脉血栓发生的相关因素。方法前瞻性纳入2018年1月至2022年1月郑州市第一人民医院烧伤科收治的302例烧伤患者,采集患者的基线资料及相关实验室指标,统计烧伤患者深静脉血栓发生情况,并分析诱发深静脉血栓发生的相关因素。结果302例烧伤患者中共有57例患者发生深静脉血栓,发生率为18.87%。发生深静脉血栓患者的体质指数(BMI)、烧伤严重程度、合并下肢烧伤、并发脓毒症、实施手术治疗、采取输血治疗、D-二聚体水平与未发生患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);建立Logistic回归模型结果显示,BMI高、特重度烧伤、并发脓毒症、D-二聚体水平高是烧伤患者深静脉血栓发生的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论烧伤患者发生深静脉血栓的风险高。BMI高、特重度烧伤、并发脓毒症、D-二聚体水平高是烧伤患者发生深静脉血栓的危险因素。Objective To investigate the related factors of occurrence of deep venous thrombosis in burn patients.Methods A total of 302 burn patients admitted to the Department of Burn of Zhengzhou First People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2022 were prospectively included.The baseline data and relevant laboratory indicators of these patients were collected.The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in burn patients was counted,and the related factors inducing deep vein thrombosis were analyzed.Results Deep venous thrombosis occurred in 57 of 302 burn patients,and the incidence was 18.87%.There were significant differences in body mass index(BMI),severity of burns,lower limb burns,sepsis,surgical treatment,blood transfusion,and D-dimer level between burn patients with and without deep vein thrombosis(P<0.05).Results of Logistic regression model showed that high BMI,severe burn,sepsis and high D-dimer level were the risk factors of deep venous thrombosis in burn patients(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions Burn patients have a high risk of deep venous thrombosis.High BMI,severe burn,sepsis and high D-dimer level are the risk factors of deep venous thrombosis in burn patients.
