川渝地区页岩气钻井液质量监督管理体系的应用

摘　　要：页岩气井钻井液性能与井下安全息息相关,钻井液的质量监管至关重要。依据四川地区页岩气地层特点、钻井技术难点和钻井液性能要求,中国石油西南油气田油气井工程质量监督站优化设计一套页岩气钻井液质量监督管理体系,制定了现场质控流程和检测项目规范。通过该体系可分析钻井液质量管理水平,提升钻井液质量监管的权威性、及时性,可开展分析方法比选和组合研究,可结合大数据对钻井液承包商进行量化考核。通过对钻井液质量监督管理实践,完善了管理运行机制,提升了管理效率,有效促进了页岩气钻井顺利实施。The performance of shale gas well drilling fluid is closely related to downhole safety,and the quality supervision of drilling fluid is very important.According to the characteristics of shale gas fbrmation,difficulties of drilling technology and requirements of drilling fluid performance in Sichuan,Oil&Gas Well Engineering Quality Supervision Station in PetroChina Southwest Oil&Gas Field optimized and designed a set of shale gas drilling fluid quality supervision and management system,and established on-site quality control process and testing project specifications.Through this system,we can analyze the quality management level of drilling flu-idjimprove the authority and timeliness of drilling fluid quality supervision,carry out the comparison of analysis methods and the research of combination,and conduct quantitative assessment on drilling fluid contractors in combination with big data.Through the practice of drilling fluid quality supervision and management,the management and operation mechanism has been perfected,the management efficiency has been improved,and the smooth implementation of shale gas drilling has been effectively promoted.
