摘 要:针对蓬莱19-3油田多层系疏松砂岩油藏的压裂充填技术中存在的裂缝扩展问题,对疏松砂岩进行了真三轴水力压裂实验,并通过建立三维有限元流固耦合数值模型,研究了多层系疏松砂岩裂缝垂向扩展规律。室内实验结果表明:对于渗透率大于200×10^(-3)μm^(2)的疏松砂岩储层,采用黏度为10~80 mPa·s的线性胶压裂液在100 mL/min的排量下难以形成有效裂缝,采用交联压裂液有利于形成平整、单一的拉伸裂缝;压裂数值模拟结果显示,在渗透率较低的储层中,裂缝垂向上更容易向隔层中延伸,高低渗储层同时起裂时裂缝容易突破中间的隔层合为一条缝向前延伸。实验和数值模拟结果可以为海上浅层疏松砂岩压裂充填提供技术支撑。To solve the fracture propagation problem in the frac-pack Technology of multilayer unconsolidated sandstone reservoir in Penglai 19-3 oilfield,true triaxial hydraulic fracturing experiments were used to study the unconsolidated sandstone;a 3D finite element fluid-solid coupling numerical model was established to study the vertical propagation rule of multilayer unconsolidated sandstone fractures.The laboratory experiments show that for loose sandstone with permeability greater than 200×10^(-3)μm^(2),it is difficult to form effective fractures with a linear gel fracturing fluid with viscosity of 10~80 mPa·s at the injecting rate of 100 m L/min,and the cross-linked fracturing fluid is conducive to the formation of flat,single tensile fractures.The numerical simulation results show that the fractures is easier to extend vertically to the interlayer in low permeability reservoirs,and the fractures are easy to break through the interlayer and extend forward as the high and low permeability reservoirs crack at the same time.The experimental and numerical simulation results can provide technical support for frac-pack of shallow loose sandstone offshore.
