产教融合下专业型研究生培养评价体系研究

摘　　要：专业型研究生培养评价是高水平人才培养体系中的重要一环。建立科学的评价体系可有效反映专业型研究生的培养状况。为提升产教融合下专业型研究生的培养质量,评判专业型研究生的培养现状和综合素质,本文采用定性分析和定量评价相结合的方法,以创新能力、社会能力、专业能力、学习能力、综合能力五项指标为输入,从人才培养质量、岗位适任度及综合素养三个维度构建了专业型研究生人才培养评价体系;同时建立毕业生跟踪反馈机制、社会评价机制及培养目标达成评价机制,为产教融合下专业型研究生培养机制的持续优化提供数据支撑。Professional graduate student training and evaluation is an important part of the high-level talent training system. The establishment of a scientific evaluation system can effectively reflect the training status of professional graduate students. In order to improve the training quality of professional graduate students under the integration of industry and education and evaluate the evaluation quality, this paper adopts the qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation method, including innovation ability, social ability,professional ability, learning ability and comprehensive ability, and the evaluation mechanism is established to provide data support for the continuous optimization of professional graduate training mechanism under the integration.
