摘 要:目的探索博物馆智慧导览设计基于服务设计的诸多新尝试。方法从当前博物馆所承载的各种社会职能及现实社会背景入手,就博物馆导览系统的发展轨迹进行梳理,最终聚焦于当前的智慧导览设计打开整体的讨论研究之门。之后,从现实需求出发,以服务设计为指导,具体分析博物馆智慧导览设计的可行性方向,并就本能层面、行为层面、反思层面三大层面展开了理论探讨。最后,结合当下的观众需求、平台构建、创新应用等具体层面进行理论探讨和实践尝试。结论以服务设计作用于博物馆智慧导览设计,能够给博物馆带来更加高效的导览效果,使其服务功能在更大的发展空间中获得价值的实现与提升,从而优化导览效率和参观体验,促进我国博物馆事业的长远发展。The work aims to explore many new attempts of intelligent museum tour design based on service design.Starting with various social functions and realistic social background carried by the current museum,the development trajectory of the museum tour system was sorted out,and the intelligent tour design was focused on to open the door of overall discussion and research.Then,from the practical needs and under the guidance of service design,the feasibility direction of intelligent museum tour design was analyzed in detail,and theoretical discussion was carried out from three levels:instinct level,behavior level and reflection level.Finally,theoretical discussion and practical attempts were made in combination with the current audience needs,platform construction,innovative application and other specific aspects.The role of service design in intelligent museum tour design can bring more efficient tour effect to the museum and make its service function achieve and enhance the value in a larger development space,so as to optimize the tour efficiency and visiting experience,and promote the long-term development of China's museum cause.
