摘　　要：空中交通管理专业是面向航空公司运行控制领域的民航特色专业。针对近年岗位人才显现出的岗位责任与胜任能力间契合度不足的问题,通过对运控岗位现状的分析,结合智慧民航对人才能力的新要求,以基于能力的训练与评估、基于目标导向的人才培养思路,全面梳理了岗位及毕业能力要求,以能力为准绳修订了毕业要求与课程目标。针对支撑薄弱的毕业能力,从专业交叉基础学科入手,提出拓展研究项目等方案,旨在提升人才培养的发展后劲。The Air traffic management specialty is a civil aviation specialty oriented to the field of airline operation control.In view of the lack of match between job responsibility and competency of position talents in recent years,the requirements for position and graduation competence are comprehensively combed through the analysis of the status quo of operation control positions,combined with the new requirements of smart civil aviation on talent ability,and based on competency based training and evaluation and goal oriented talent training concepts.The graduation requirements and curriculum objectives have been revised based on the competence.In view of the weak graduation competence,this paper proposes plans to expand research projects from the perspective of interdisciplinary basic disciplines,aiming to enhance the development potential of talent training.
