摘　　要：CCAR-66R3对于机型签署规范和同一类别航空器首次申请机型签署实习经历均提出了新的要求,并指出此后CCAR-147培训机构要基于经AEG评审并认可的制造厂家建议规范开展机型培训。本文通过对AEG评审组织的职能介绍,在总结AC-66-FS-009、AC-147-FS-2017-004-R2、AC-66-008三部咨询通告具体要求内涵的基础上,对737-700/800机队近16.2万条维修生产数据利用培训需求分析(TNA)的方法开展分析,旨在探索一种更加具有实用性和针对性的维修机型培训大纲编制方法。CCAR-66R3 puts forward new requirements for the aircraft type signing specification and the first application for aircraft type signing internship experience of the same type of aircraft and shows that CCAR-147 training institutions should carry out aircraft type training based on the manufacturer's recommended specifications reviewed and approved by AEG.This paper introduces the functions of AEG review organization,summarizes the specific requirements of three Advisory Circulars AC-66-FS-009,AC-147-FS-2017-004-R2 and AC-66-008 and analyzes nearly 162000 maintenance production data of 737-700/800 fleet by using training needs analysis(TNA)so as to explore a more practical and targeted method of training program compilation.
