摘　　要：在专业课程中开展思政教育,是落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措。该文首先探讨了在工程力学课程中开展思政教育的优势;其次,以课程知识点为载体,挖掘课程中蕴含的思政元素,介绍与思政元素对应的教学案例及教学内容,探讨如何将思政元素融入教学活动;最后,研究工程力学课程思政的教学方法和教学模式。carrying out ideological and political education in specialized courses is an important measure to imple⁃ment the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.Firstly,this paper discusses the advantages of carrying out ideological and political education in the course of Engineering Mechanics.Secondly,taking the knowledge points of the course as the carrier,it excavates the ideological and political elements contained in the course,introduces the teaching cases and teaching contents corresponding to the ideological and political ele⁃ments,and discusses how to integrate the ideological and political elements into the teaching activities.Finally,it studies the teaching methods and teaching modes of ideological and political teaching in the course of Engineer⁃ing Mechanics.
