课程思政视域下高校本科钳工实训课程教学探索

摘　　要：钳工是机械制造中以手动操作为主的一门传统的金属加工技术,在机械制造维修过程中具有独特的、难以替代的作用。钳工实训是高校工科类专业学生完成工程训练的重要环节之一。随着科学技术的不断发展,学生接触高科技机器设备的机会更多,对于以手工操作为主的钳工课程学习热情不高。该文基于钳工实训课程的现状及特点进行教学改革,探索钳工实训教学与思政建设的有效举措,以提高教育质量,达到实践课育人的良好效果。The fitter is a traditional metal processing technology mainly based on manual operation in mechanical manufacturing,which plays a special and irreplaceable role in mechanical manufacturing and maintenance.The fitter training course is one of the important links of engineering training for college engineering students.With the continuous development of science and technology,students have access to some high-tech machinery and equipment at their fingertips.They are not enthusiastic about learning the fitter course,which focuses on manual operation.This paper combines the characteristics and current situation of the fitter training course to carry out teaching reform and explore effective measures suitable for ideological and political education in the undergradu⁃ate fitter training course,so as to improve the quality of education and achieve a good effect of practical education.
