基于SPI闪存和主存IAP的嵌入式平台中文显示系统设计

摘　　要：为兼顾中文显示系统的完整性、通用性和快速性,设计了基于SPI闪存和主存IAP的嵌入式平台中文显示系统。系统设计软硬兼顾、内外结合,硬件上将TFT LCD挂接在微控制器内部高速FSMC总线;使用SPI接口扩展片外字库存储芯片。软件设计首先对4种字体国标汉字取模,合成单个字库文件,通过串口分块发送至微控制器,以扇区为单位写入SPI闪存;中文信息显示时,依据汉字内码在主存缓冲区中查找字模数据,若成功则IAP读取显示,否则访问片外闪存,获取字模数据,载入内存显示,主存IAP缓冲写入。测试结果表明,LCD刷新速度提升14.4倍,中文显示速度提高6.9倍,画面清晰流畅,运行稳定可靠;该中文显示平台是友好透明的,通用性强,可移植性好。In order to consider the integrity,universality and rapidity of the Chinese display system,an embedded platform Chinese display system based on SPI flash memory and main memory IAP is designed.The system is designed with both hardware and software,internal and external integration.The hardware connects TFT LCD to the high-speed FSMC bus in the microcontroller.SPI interface is used to expand off chip font storage chip.In the software design,firstly,the national standard Chinese characters are modeled,sent to the MCU in blocks through the serial port,and written into SPI flash memory in sectors.In displaying Chinese information,the font data in the main memory buffer are searched according to the internal code of Chinese characters.If it is successful,IAP reads the display;otherwise,accesses the off-chip flash memory to obtain the font data,and loads the memory display,and writes in the main memory buffer by using IAP.The test shows that the LCD refresh speed is increased by 14.4 times,and the Chinese display speed is increased by 6.9 times.The picture is clear and smooth,and the system is stable and reliable;The Chinese display platform is friendly,transparent,universality and portable.
