摘  要:在超声检测过程中,经常会出现除始波、底波和缺陷波外的非缺陷波,如迟到波和三角回波。非缺陷波的存在会干扰对缺陷波的正确判断,影响检测结果。为进一步了解非缺陷波的形成规律,通过CIVA仿真软件建立不同参数的圆柱体模型进行非缺陷波仿真,得到迟到波和三角回波数据;对相同尺寸参数和材料的圆柱体试块进行纵波直探头超声检测,得到不同试块的迟到波和三角回波。将仿真所得数据与超声检测所得数据进行对比分析,探究CIVA仿真软件用于非缺陷波仿真的可行性。结果表明,CIVA仿真所得声程差与实际检测所得声程差差值在4.7%以内。对非缺陷波的仿真与实验可帮助检测人员更好地了解非缺陷波,有助于进行超声无损检测。In the ultrasound process,non-defective echoes,such as delayed echoes and triangular echoes,often occur in addition to the start,bottom,and defect echoes.The presence of non-defective echoes interferes with the correct judgment of defective echoes and affects the testing results.To further understand the formation of non-defective waves,through CIVA simulation software,a cylinder model with different parameters is established for non-defect echo simulation experiments,and the simulation data of delayed echo and triangular echo are obtained;then the longitudinal wave straight probe ultrasonic testing is performed on the cylindrical test blocks with the same size parameters and materials,where the delayed echo and triangular echo data of different test blocks are obtained.The data obtained from the simulation are compared with the data obtained by ultrasound testing,and the feasibility of CIVA simulation software for non-defective echotesting experiments is explored.The results show that the acoustic difference between the delayed echo,trigonometric echo and bottom echo obtained by CIVA simulation and the difference between the acoustic path difference obtained by the actual testing are within 4.7%.Simulation and experiments on non-defective echoes can help inspectors better understand non-defective echoes and help ultrasonic non-destructive testing.
