摘 要:将废弃的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)中空瓶(桶)通过分拣、带水破碎、清洗、脱水、过气流分选机等工艺处理,得到了HDPE中空破碎料。试验结果表明:处理后HDPE中空破碎料性能较好;桂墨粉比黑滑石粉更适合用于制备HDPE双壁波纹管料;添加废乙烯-辛烯共聚物破碎料可以提高双壁波纹管的环柔性,但对其环刚度影响较大;再生线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)可以明显提高HDPE复合材料的缺口冲击强度和断裂伸长率,当其质量分数为6%时,HDPE复合材料的缺口冲击强度和断裂伸长率分别为27.5 kJ/m^(2)和225.4%,由该复合材料挤出的双壁波纹管环刚度等级达到SN8级,且能通过环柔性测试。Waste high density polyethylene(HDPE) hollow bottles(barrels) were processed by sorting, crushing with water, cleaning, dehydration, air flow separator and other processes to obtain HDPE hollow crushed materials. The test results showed that the properties of hollow HDPE crushed materials after treatment were better. Cinnamon toner was more suitable for preparing HDPE double wall corrugated pipe than black talc. Addition of waste ethylene-octene copolymer crushed material could improve the ring flexibility of the double wall corrugated pipe, but it had a great influence on its ring stiffness. Regeneration linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE) could obviously improve the notch impact strength and elongation at break of HDPE composites. when regeneration LLDPE mass fraction was 6%, the notch impact strength and elongation at break of HDPE composites were 27.5 kJ/m^(2) and 225.4%, respectively.The ring stiffness grade of the double wall corrugated pipe extruded from the composite reached SN8 grade, and the composite could pass the detection of ring flexibility.
