摘  要:通过目标产品设计,采用Hypol聚丙烯工艺,选择等规度高、氢调敏感性好的催化剂,使用刚韧平衡较好的外给电子体和增透助剂,开发了热成型聚丙烯专用料(PPR-ET03-S)。该专用料纯度高,粒径分布均匀,熔体流动速率(MFR)为3.0 g/10 min,弯曲模量为1 421 MPa,拉伸强度为36.1 MPa, 23℃下冲击强度为4.7 kJ/m^(2),雾度为11%,灰分为0.041%,负荷变形温度为81℃,黄色指数为—5,并在应用试验中表现出良好的加工性能。制品表面光滑平整、厚度均匀,透明度与片材熔垂程度均满足要求。Through the target product design, the Hypol polypropylene process was adopted, the catalyst with high isotropy and good sensitivity to hydrogen regulation was selected, and the external electron donor with good hardness and balance and the anti-reflection agent were used to develop the thermoforming polypropylene special material(PPR-ET03-S). The special material had high purity, uniform particle size distribution, melt flow rate(MFR) of 3.0 g/10 min, bending modulus of 1 421 MPa, tensile strength of 36.1 MPa, impact strength of 4.7 kJ/m^(2) at 23 ℃, fog degree of 11%, ash content of 0.041%, load deformation temperature of 81 ℃, the yellow index of-5, and showed good processing performance in the application test. The surface of the product was smooth and flat, the thickness was uniform, the transparency and the sheet melting degree met the requirements.
