摘 要:针对不同用途的4种聚丙烯(PP-1,PP-2,PP-3,PP-4),利用旋转流变仪研究了4种PP的流变性能。由频率扫描曲线可知,4种PP的相对分子质量由大到小为:PP-1>PP-3>PP-4>PP-2,其相对分子质量分布由宽到窄为:PP-1>PP-4>PP-3>PP-2。4种PP的复数黏度均随角频率的增大而减小,当角频率较小时,PP-1的复数黏度最大;200℃时PP-2的松弛程度最大;在试验温度范围内,PP-1黏流活化能随角频率的增大而下降,其熔体黏度的温度敏感性下降。The rheological properties of four kinds of polypropylene(PP-1, PP-2, PP-3, PP-4) with different uses were studied by the rotary rheometer. The frequency scanning curve results show that the relative molecular mass of four PPs from large to small is PP-1>PP-3>PP-4>PP-2, and the relative molecular mass distribution from wide to narrow is PP-1>PP-4>PP-3>PP-2. The complex viscosity of four PPs decrease with the increase of angular frequency, and the complex viscosity of PP-1 is the largest when angular frequency is small. The relaxation degree of PP-2 is the largest at 200 ℃. In the test temperature range, the viscous flow activation energy of PP-1 decreases with the increase of angular frequency, and the temperature sensitivity of its melt viscosity decreases.
