摘 要:目的:确定智慧医养融合服务项目的属性与开发策略。方法:基于Citespace文献量化研究、Kano模型和实证调查,确定智慧医养融合服务项目的属性,提出智慧医养融合服务项目开发策略。结果:智慧医养融合服务项目属性可分为基本型、期望型和魅力型。魅力型智慧医养融合服务项目的使用行为正向影响满意度;期望型智慧医养融合服务项目未能满足居民需求,其使用行为负向影响满意度。结论:在智慧医养融合服务项目的开发过程中,应发挥智慧医院的核心枢纽功能,遵循智慧医养融合服务生命周期的动态演化规律,为居民提供全周期、全过程、全方位的智慧医养融合服务。Objective To determine quality and development strategies of integration of smart medical and elderly care services,which could improve the efficiency of resource allocation.Methods Citespace literature quantitative research,exploratory factor analysis and logistic regression analysis were used.Results The quality of integration of smart medical and elderly care services were divided into Must-be Quality,One-dimensional Quality and Attractive Quality.The behavior of using the Attractive Quality services had a positive impact on the satisfaction.The One-dimensional Quality service could not meet the needs of the residents and the behavior of using them had a negative impact on satisfaction.Conclusion In the process of development of integration of smart medical and elderly care services,the smart hospital system should play a core role.We should try to meet the needs of the residents and provide them with whole life cycle,full process and all-round smart medical and elderly care services.
