摘 要:针对城际铁路列车高速通过地下车站时,站台门在列车气动载荷的作用下产生结构变形,且难以在运营线路上进行实时监测的问题,文章提出一种将计算流体力学、有限元分析和线路试验相结合的分析方法。该方法采用流体力学仿真技术计算出城际铁路列车过站风压,并通过模拟列车过站时的气动载荷,对站台门结构变形开展有限元分析,最后在具备列车160km/h高速过站工况的线路上进行试验验证。将试验与仿真数据进行对比可得,有限元分析和线路试验两者得出的应力变化趋势基本一致,且最大的标准差不超过0.43,从而验证城际铁路地下站站台门有限元模型加载方法的可行性,为进一步研究站台门在城际铁路以及高速铁路中的应用提供依据。This paper addresses the issue of structural deformation of platform doors caused by aerodynamic loads from high-speed trains passing through underground stations on intercity railways and the difficulty in real-time monitoring on operational lines. A combined analysis method of computational fluid dynamics, finite element analysis,and track testing is proposed. Fluid dynamics simulation is used to calculate the wind pressure on the platform doors of underground stations during train passage, and finite element analysis is conducted to investigate the structural deformation of the platform doors under simulated aerodynamic loads.Finally, the validity of the proposed method is verified by tests on a track with a train passing at 160 km/h. The comparison between test results and simulation data shows that the trends of stress changes obtained by finite element analysis and track testing are consistent and the maximum standard deviation is less than 0.43, demonstrating the feasibility of the finite element model loading method for platform doors in the intercity. This study provides a basis for further research on the application of platform doors in intercity and high-speed railway systems.
