摘  要:文章采用沸腾蒸发—等温平衡法,综合运用Na^(+)、Mg^(2+)、K^(+)∥Cl^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)-H_(2)O五元水盐体系15℃和25℃下的介稳相图理论分析、固液相化学组成检测以及粉末X射线衍射(PXRD)固相鉴定,确定了西台吉乃尔盐湖兑卤脱钠后的卤水在10℃和30℃下的蒸发析盐路径和析盐规律,并探究了平衡液相p H值和密度随蒸失水率的变化趋势。相图理论分析和固相鉴定结果表明,西台吉乃尔盐湖析钾点卤水与老卤兑卤脱钠后的卤水在10℃和30℃下的蒸发析盐过程随蒸失水率的增加,氯化钠析出占比不断减少,平衡固相中氯化钠含量最低可低至1.83%,兑卤后卤水的蒸发过程为Car、KCl、Bis、Eps或Hex共析过程,说明通过兑卤脱钠和蒸发结晶的耦合有利于制备高品位的钾镁混盐,为盐湖卤水中钾资源的高效提取和盐湖化学资源的综合利用提供基础数据。In this article,the method of boiling evaporation-isothermal equilibrium is used to comprehensively analyze the metastable phase diagram of the five component water salt system of Na^(+),Mg^(2+),K^(+)∥Cl^(-),SO_(4)^(2-)—H_(2)O at 15℃and 25℃,the detection of solid-liquid phase chemical composition and the solid phase identification of powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) of the halal phase after the sodium reduction of West Taijinar Salt Lake at 10℃and 30℃ were comprehensively used,and the changes of equilibrium liquid phase p H value and density with evaporation water loss rate were investigated.Phase diagram theory analysis and solid phase identification results show that the evaporative salt evolution process of the brine after the salt denamination of West Taijinar Salt Lake at 10℃ and 30℃ with the evaporative salt precipitation continues to decrease,of which the sodium chloride content in the carnallite is only 1.83%and the process accompanied by the co-crystallizaiton of Car,KCl,Bis and Eps or Hex,indicating that the coupling of sodium denaturation and evaporation crystallization is conducive to the preparation of potassium magnesium mixed salt with low sodium content.The data of this study can pave the way for the efficient extraction of potassium from salt lake brine and the the chemical resources comprehensive utilization of salt lake.
