油基钻井液高温乳化剂连续化生产装置研究

摘  要:为降低安全风险和生产成本,以油基钻井液高温乳化剂室内合成工艺参数为基础,将微通道反应精馏原理与降膜蒸发技术耦合设计了一套高温乳化剂连续化生产装置,考察了出料温度、停留时间和真空度等参数对产物转化率的影响。研究结果表明,相比于釜式间歇生产过程,采用本套连续化生产装置进行高温乳化剂的生产,可以使吨产品的生产时间由240 min降到60 min,电耗由800 kW·h降低到180 kW·h。此外,采用该套装置生产的乳化剂与釜式生产装置生产的乳化剂理化性能相当,配制的钻井液具有良好的体系稳定性,高温高压滤失量低于3 mL。连续化装置可用于高温乳化剂的生产,其高效、低成本特点为油基钻井液高温乳化剂的推广应用奠定了基础。To reduce the safety risk and cost of production, based on the indoor synthesis process parameters of high-temperature emulsifier for oil-based drilling fluid, the continuous reaction equipment was designed by the coupling principle of microchannel reactive distillation and falling film evaporation technology. The factors of reaction temperature, residence time and vacuum degree on the conversion rate of product were researched. The research results shown that the continuous reactor can reduce the production time per ton of product from 240 min to 60 min, and the power consumption from 800 kW·h to 180 kW·h. In addition, the physical and chemical properties of the emulsifier produced by this set of equipment were comparable to those produced by the intermittent reaction equipment. The drilling fluid has good system stability, and the high temperature and high pressure filtration loss was less than 3 mL which indicated that the emulsifier produced by the continuous reaction equipment unit was qualified and satisfy the application requirements. The continuous device can be used for the production of high temperature emulsifier, and its high efficiency and low cost has laid a foundation for the popularization and application of high temperature emulsifier for oil-based drilling fluids.
