摘　　要：针对企业定员标准修订频繁、关键定员项目及影响因子调整、定员测算所需各专业设备台账数据收集时间长且收集工作量大、定员分解通过经验线下进行分解等问题,文章采用微服务微应用技术架构、折算值算法、插值算法、计算引擎等关键技术,研发了劳动定员定额测算分解系统。该系统实现了定员标准管理、定员测算与核定、定员分解、定员分析等功能,有效解决了上述问题。系统已成功应用于国网陕西电力有限公司,验证了该系统的有效性。In view of the problems such as frequent revision of enterprise staffing standards,adjustment of key staffing items and impact factors,long collection time and heavy collection workload of ledger data of various professional equipment required for staffing calculation,and decom position of staffing by offline experience.this paper adopts micro-service micro-application technology architecture,converted value algorithm,interpolation algorithm,computing engine and other key technologies.A labor quota measurement and decomposition system has been developed.The system has realized the functions of standard management,calculation and verification,decom position and analysis of the quota,and effectively solved the above problems.The system has been successfully applied to State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Co.,Ltd.The effectiveness of the system has been verified.
