摘 要:本文建立了一个二维瞬态的主动式磁回热器(AMR)模型,采用单因素方差分析方法进行了尺寸参数(AMR长度、AMR宽度、颗粒直径和孔隙率)和运行参数(循环周期、体积流量和设计温跨)对AMR端部温跨及冷端最低温度影响的权重分析。结果表明:在运行条件不变的情况下,增大AMR的长度,选用的孔隙率越小,端部温跨越大,冷端温度越低。在确定的尺寸参数和设计温跨条件下,存在最优的循环周期5 s和体积流量5 L/min。通过权重分析发现,体积流量和设计温跨对于最终AMR端部温跨影响程度最大,体积流量和循环周期对AMR冷端最低温度的影响最为显著。In this paper, a two-dimensional transient active magnetic regenerator(AMR) model is established.The weighted analysis of the influence of size parameters(AMR length, AMR width, particle diameter, porosity)and operation parameters(cycle period, volume flow, design temperature span) on the temperature span at the end and the minimum temperature at the cold end of AMR is carried out by using the method of one-way ANOVA.The results show that the shorter the AMR length and the smaller the porosity are, the larger the end temperature span and the lower the cold end temperature are. Under the condition of the determined size parameters and design temperature span, there is an optimal cycle period which is 5 s and volume flow rate which is 5 L/min.Through weight analysis, it is found that the volume flow and design temperature span have the greatest influence on the temperature span at the end of AMR, and the volume flow and cycle period have the most significant influence on the minimum temperature at the cold end of AMR.
