摘 要:为了对小排量螺杆与大排量涡旋机组的性能进行全面的对比研究,本文先从制冷剂热力循环特性、流动传热特性和压缩机特性三方面对比了两者的基础特性,再利用系统仿真方法对两者的系统性能进行定量比较。结果表明,两种压缩机效率接近,R134a的循环效率优于R410A,但R410A工质的流动换热特性更好。在额定制冷量相当时,与R134a螺杆机组相比,R410A涡旋机组的压缩机排量仅为40.4%,制热能力更强;额定制冷和额定制热性能系数(COP)接近,综合部分负荷性能系数(IPLV)高出32.8%。此外,R410A涡旋机组存在换热器成本优化的空间。In order to conduct a comprehensive comparative study on the performance of small-displacement screw unit and large-displacement scroll unit, the thermodynamic cycle characteristics, flow and heat transfer characteristics of refrigerant, and compressor characteristics are compared firstly. Then a more quantitative performance comparison between screw and scroll units is made by system modeling and simulation. The results show that efficiencies of screw and scroll compressors are close to each other. R134a has better thermodynamic cycle efficiency than R410A, while R410A has better flow and heat transfer characteristics than R134a. When the rated cooling capacity is equivalent in comparison with R134a screw unit, R410A scroll unit is of only 40.4%compressor displacement, more heating capacity, comparable rating cooling and heating coefficient of performance,and 32.8% higher integrated part load value(IPLV). Besides, the heat exchangers of R410A scroll unit can be more cost effective.
