摘 要:本文针对传统粘弹性阻尼器耗能性能不足的缺陷,研制了一种由新型高耗能粘弹性材料制成的阻尼器,在不同频率和不同应变幅值下测试了该粘弹性阻尼器的等效阻尼比、剪切模量、等效刚度与最大剪切力等性能。结果表明该阻尼器不具有尺寸相关性,耗能能力强,应变超过200%时等效阻尼比可达到30%左右。力学性能受加载频率的影响较小,适用于复杂的地震作用。在400%大应变条件下力学性能保持稳定,无破坏现象发生,具有很强的变形能力。在试验结果基础上,采用ETABS有限元分析软件建立粘弹性阻尼器模型,对某10层框架剪力墙结构进行减震分析,结果表明该阻尼器在远场地震和近场地震下均有良好的减震效果。Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional viscoelastic dampers are insufficient energy consumption,this paper develops a new type of viscoelastic damper with high energy consumption.The basic mechanical properties of the viscoelastic damper are tested at different frequencies and different strain amplitudes.The results show that the damper does not have size dependence,has a strong energy consumption capacity,and the equivalent damping ratio can reach about 30%under normal use conditions.The mechanical performance is less affected by the loading frequency and is suitable for complex seismic action.Under the condition of 400%large strain,the mechanical properties remain stable,no damage occurs,and it has strong deformability.On the basis of the test results,the hysteretic performance of the damper is simulated by using ETABS finite element analysis software,and the damping analysis of a 10-story frame shear wall structure is carried out.The results show that the damper has good damping effect under both far-field and nearfield earthquakes.
