摘  要:为更好地满足电网对负荷响应速度的要求,弥补间接能量平衡协调控制的弊端,对直接能量平衡控制策略进行分析,结合超临界机组特点,对直接能量平衡策略进行重构。以某超临界机组协调控制系统为例,将重构后的直接能量平衡信号,小幅度应用于协调控制系统锅炉主控前馈中。重构后的直接能量平衡信号的应用,提高了控制系统在稳态、动态时的调节品质,有效解决了主蒸汽压力波动大、负荷指令闭锁增减、协调控制频繁退出、自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)指标不合格的问题。In order to solve the contradiction between the stability of main steam control and the rapid change of load,the direct energy balance control strategy is analyzed,and combined with the characteristics of supercritical units,the direct energy balance strategy is reconstructed.Taking the coordinated control system of a supercritical unit as an example,the reconstructed direct energy balance signal is applied to the boiler main control feedforward of the coordinated control system in a small scale.The application of the reconstructed direct energy balance signal improves the regulation quality of the control system in steady and dynamic state,and effectively solves the problems of large fluctuation of main steam pressure,increase and decrease of load command locking,frequent exit of coordinated control,and unqualified automatic generation control(AGC)indicators.
