摘  要:为实现废水深度处理,在已有膜蒸馏技术中试研究成果基础上,提出了“管式微滤→纳滤→膜蒸馏→机械蒸汽再压缩”分盐处理工艺,NaCl结晶盐纯度可达97%以上,产水电导率不高于100μS/cm。经测算,初投资成本为4555万元,每吨废水处理净成本为34.17元,年运行净成本为512.55万元,在分盐工艺中具有明显优势。最后指出可围绕预处理、热源选取、废水浓缩倍率确定和适用水质范围等方面,开展进一步试验验证和工艺优化研究。In order to realize the aduanced treatment of wastewater,a‘tubular microfiltration-nanofiltration-membrane distillation-mechanical steam recompression’salt seperation treatment technology is raised based on the results of membrane distillation pilot studies,which can reach a purity of NaCl crystalloid salt to above 97%,and a conductivity of water production to below 100μS/cm.It is estimated that the initial investment cost is 45.55 million yuan,the net cost per ton of wastewater treatment is 34.17 yuan,and the net annual operating cost is 5.1255 million yuan,which has obvious advantages in the salt separation.Further test validation and technology optimization are expected,which can center on pretreatment,heat source selection,wastewater concentration ratio determination and practicable water quality range.
