摘  要:针对机组在深度调峰工况下高压主蒸汽阀门、高压调节蒸汽阀门螺栓大面积断裂问题,通过宏观检查、光谱分析、金相分析、硬度检测、扫描电子显微镜分析等相关试验,分析了螺栓断裂原因。得出机组深度调峰带来的载荷波动使螺栓承受交变应力导致疲劳断裂的结论,提出了检修对策和预防措施,以保证调峰机组的安全运行,为新能源消纳提供保障。Aiming at the problem of large-area fracture of bolts of high-pressure main steam valve and high-pressure regulating steam valve under the condition of deep peak shaving.The causes of bolt fracture were analyzed through macro inspection,spectral analysis,metallographic analysis,hardness test,scanning electron microscope analysis and other related tests.It is concluded that the load fluctuation caused by the deep peak shaving of the unit makes the bolts bear the alternating stress and lead to fatigue fracture.The maintenance countermeasures and preventive measures are put forward to ensure the safe operation of the peak shaving unit and provide guarantee for the consumption of new energy.
