喷胶对复合材料力学性能的影响

摘　　要：喷胶作为辅助材料被广泛应用于复合材料领域,是影响复合材料力学性能的主要因素之一。现有复合材料成型过程中,为保证复合材料的可塑性,布层之间使用喷胶固定,造成复合材料大变形区域分层,使得复合材料制品灌注后表面出现包络等缺陷。通过测试喷胶的雾化性能、粘结性能、灌注时间影响等基础性能和测试复合材料的力学性能,验证不同种类和不同用量的喷胶对复合材料力学性能的影响。分析测试结果显示:喷胶对单轴布的层间性能影响较大,对三轴布的层间性能和结构层拉伸强度影响较小;低于正常用量的喷胶对层间性能和三轴布结构层性能影响较小;正常用量和超出正常用量的喷胶对三轴布结构层的层间性能影响较大。喷胶的使用对单轴向布的层间强度影响较大,建议单轴布区域应尽量减少使用喷胶。Spray glue has a wide range of applications as an auxiliary material in composites.During the forming process of the existing composites,to guarantee the plasticity of the composites,spray glue is used to fix between the cloth layers where generating the lamination of the large deformation area of the composites,and the defects such as the envelope after perfusion appear on the surface.The spray plays a major role in the mechanical properties of composites.In this paper,various manufacturers and amount of spray glue were studied as their impact on the mechanical properties of composites in consideration of the atomization performance,the bonding performance,the influence of perfusion time and other basic performance tests and mechanical properties of composites.The effect of glue spraying on the interlayer properties of the uniaxial fabric is significant,but the effect on the interlayer properties of the triaxial fabric is minor.The effect of glue spraying on the tensile strength of the structure layer is inapparent.When the amount of spraying glue is lower than the normal amount,the effect of triaxial fabric on the performance of the interlayer is hard to be observed.The influence of normal and excess dosage on the interlayer performance of the triaxial fabric structure layer is apparent.The use of spray glue greatly influences the interlayer strength of uniaxial cloth,and the area of uniaxial cloth should be used as lit tle as possible.
