摘  要:使用废弃粉料制备水泥基无砂自流平材料可以减少离析,促进对废弃粉料的利用。设计了25组配合比,试验研究减水剂掺量、用水量和水泥用量对无砂自流平流动度和强度的影响。结果表明,随着减水剂掺量的增加,自流平材料的初始流动度和30 min流动度均呈先增加后逐渐稳定的趋势,各个龄期的抗折强度和抗压强度总体上不断增加;随着用水量的增加,自流平材料的抗折强度和抗压强度呈减小趋势;随着水泥用量的增加,自流平材料的抗折强度和抗压强度均有提高,无砂自流平材料最佳用水量为180 g,水泥用量为250 g,减水剂掺量为2.5‰。The use of waste powders in the production of cement-based non-sand self-levelling materials can reduce segregation and recover the utilization of waste powder.The influence of water-reducing agent dosage,water content,and cement content on the fluidity and strength of non-sand self-levelling materials was studied by 25mixed proportions.The results showed that,with the increase of water-reducing agent dosage,the initial fluidity and 30min fluidity increased firstly and stabilized afterwards,and the flexural strength and compressive strength at all ages performed a continuous overall rise in this scenario.The flexural strength and compressive strength decreased with the increase of water content and increased with the increase of cement content.The optimal water content,cement content and water-reducing agent dosage in non-sand self-levelling material are respectively 180 g,250 g,and 0.25%.
