摘 要:针对焊接工艺参数超出安全条件时,焊缝会出现应力集中、疲劳开裂的问题,采用SYSWELD软件建立了激光电弧焊X80钢板有限元模型,分析了焊接速度与预热温度对焊缝质量的影响。发现随着焊接速度的增加,纵向残余应力先降低后增加,现场可由最小残余应力确定安全焊接速度。安全焊接速度与预热温度有关,结合硬度可确定安全预热温度。以中俄东线黑河-长岭段天然气管道为研究对象,确定了现场安全焊接速度为2.6 m/min,安全预热温度为100℃,为现场油气管道激光电弧焊提供理论指导。Aiming at the problems of stress concentration and fatigue cracking when welding process parameters exceed safety conditions,a finite element model of laser arc welding X80 steel plate was established by SYSWELD software,and the influence of welding speed and preheating temperature on the welding seam quality was analyzed.It was found that with the increase of welding speed,the longitudinal residual stress decreased first and then increased,and the safe welding speed could be determined by the minimum residual stress on site.The safe welding speed was related to the preheating temperature,and the safe preheating temperature could be determined in combination with the hardness.Taking the natural gas pipeline in the Heihe-Changling section of the Sino-Russian eastern route as the research object,the on-site safe welding speed was 2.6 m/min and the safe preheating temperature was 100℃,providing theoretical guidance for on-site laser arc welding of oil and gas pipelines.
