摘 要:寄生参数等非理想因素会影响直流变换器输出阻抗模型的准确性。为解决非理想因素定位及其数值获取的难题,提出了变换器输出阻抗的数值分析方法。首先,建立包含主要非理想因素的变换器输出阻抗模型,分析了阻抗各频段特征与非理想因素集合之间的内在关联。然后,采用粒子群优化算法进行主导因素参数的提取,并归纳了各主导因素对输出阻抗的综合影响规律。最后以Buck变换器为例,通过纹波特征等对提取结果合理性进行验证。仿真与试验验证均证明了所提方法的合理性。Non-ideal factors such as parasitic parameters will affect the accuracy of the output impedance model of DC converter.To solve the problems of location and numerical acquisition of non-ideal factors,the numerical analysis method of converter output impedance is proposed.Firstly,an ideal model including the dominant factors affecting the converter output impedance is established.The internal relationship between the characteristics of each frequency band of the impedance and the set of non-ideal factors is analyzed.Then,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to quantify and extract the dominant factors.The comprehensive influence law of each dominant factor on the output impedance is summarized.Finally,taking Buck converter as an example,the rationality of the extraction results is verified by ripple characteristics.Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method is reasonable.
