摘　　要：为研究水利水电工程移民采取培训就业和社会保障安置问题,作者对全国水利水电工程实施过程中利用培训就业和社会保障安置移民的实施情况进行了调研,并在辽宁清原抽水蓄能电站移民安置实施规划设计中进行了实践,证明培训就业和社会保障安置移民方案非常可行,为今后移民安置规划提供了一条新思路。In order to study how to adopt training employment and social security resettlement for the immigrants in water conservancy and hydropower projects,this paper makes a survey on the implementation of resettlement by training employment and social security during the implementation o water conservancy and hydropower projects in China.Meanwhile,the practice is carried out in the resettlement planning and design of Qingyuan pumped storage power station in Liaoning Province,i proves that the resettlement program of training employment and social security is very feasible and provides a new way for the resettlement program in the future.
