摘 要:对二甲醚用于辅助石油开采进行可行性实验评价,建立了用于石油领域的气体带压测试多功能实验系统,测试了二甲醚的溶蜡、防蜡、降黏以及腐蚀性能,并与油田常用的防蜡剂和降黏剂进行了效果对比。结果表明,二甲醚的溶蜡速率为0.086 g/min,防蜡率为89.02%;二甲醚质量分数为5%时的降黏率为98.8%。在油田常用加剂量条件下,二甲醚对井下工具无腐蚀性,对乌石17-2油田高含蜡原油的防蜡效果以及对塔河不含水稠油的降黏效果均优于该油田常用的防蜡剂和降黏剂。A multifunctional gas test system with pressure in oil fields has been developed.On this basis,the wax-dissolving,wax-repelling,viscosity-reducing and corrosive properties of dimethyl ether were tested,and the effects were compared with the wax-repellents and viscosity-reducers commonly used in oilfields.The experimental results showed that at 5%dose,the wax dissolving rate of dimethyl ether is 0.086 g/min,the wax preventing rate is 89.02%,and the viscosity reducing rate is 98.8%,which are far higher than the industry and enterprise standards for the wax prevention agent and viscosity reduction agent.At the same time,dimethyl ether is non-corrosive to downhole tools at the usual dosage in oilfields.The wax preventing effect of high-waxy crude oil in WS17-2 oilfield and the viscosity-reducing effect of anhydrous heavy oil in Tahe oilfield are better than the commonly used wax preventing agents and viscosity reducing agents.Therefore,dimethyl ether has a broad application prospects as an oil production additive.
