摘  要:自生二氧化碳体系所形成的泡沫稳定性较差,为延长泡沫的稳定时间,结合渤海S油田油藏条件,制备了自生二氧化碳泡沫强化体系。以增黏性能为指标,采用流变仪测试溶液黏度,优选了泡沫稳定剂;利用多孔介质自生泡沫的方式制样,通过显微镜观察了泡沫强化前后的微观形态;利用搅拌法生成泡沫,测试了泡沫稳定剂对起泡性能和稳泡性能的影响;利用物模驱替试验,研究了泡沫稳定剂的注入量和注入方式。结果表明:泡沫稳定剂SW-1的质量分数为0.3%时,黏度高、稳定性好;强化泡沫的分布更均匀、液膜更厚、结构更稳定;泡沫稳定剂的最优注入量为0.1 PV,最优注入方式为前置集中注入。现场应用结果表明,优选泡沫稳定剂加入自生二氧化碳体系,可强化体系所生成泡沫的稳定性,明显改善体系的增油效果。Foams from self-generated carbon dioxide systems are generally less stable.There is an urgent need to prolong the stability of the foam and improve its effectiveness.Combined with the reservoir conditions of Bohai S Oilfield,the foam stabilizer was selected according to the viscosity increasing performance index.The viscosity of foam stabilizer solution was measured with a rheometer.The microstructure of self-generated carbon dioxide enhanced foam and the ordinary foam were observed by the microscope.The foam samples were prepared by means of self-generated in porous media.The foam samples were prepared by means of high speed stirring,the effect of foam stabilizer on foaming and stability was investigated.The injection amount and injection method of foam stabilizer were studied by means of model displacement test.The research results show that when the mass fraction of SW-1 is 0.3%,the solution has high viscosity and good stability.The self-generated carbon dioxide enhanced foam system has more uniform distribution,thicker liquid films and more stable structures.The best injection volume of foam stabilizer is 0.1 PV(pore volume)and the best injection method is pre-concentrated injection.The field application results showed that the enhanced foam system was significantly better than the ordinary system.The stability of the foam generated by the self-generated carbon dioxide system was increased with the addition of optimal foam stabilizer,which significantly increasesthe production of oil.
