摘 要:针对凝析气井的积液预测方法不成熟、考虑因素不全面的问题,通过Gray模型计算井筒压力、温度分布,采用P-R方程计算井筒气相与液相组成,使用修正Barnea液膜模型,计算不同井斜角、液体流量下的临界携液流量,最终建立了凝析气井积液预测模型,并使用Visual Basic语言编制相应软件。通过实例计算评价了新模型的准确性与实用性。评价结果表明,凝析气井积液预测模型可用于工程实际,能够及时诊断积液情况,提高了凝析气井积液预测方法的效率。The liquid accumulation prediction method for condensate gas wells is immature,and the influencing factors are not comprehensive.In order to solve this problem,the distributions of wellbore pressure and temperature is calculated by the Gray model,the gas phase and liquid phase compositions of the wellbore are calculated by the P-R equation,the critical liquid-carrying flow rate at the well inclination and liquid flow rate are calculated by modifying the Barnea liquid film model.Finally,a prediction model for fluid accumulation in condensate gas wells is established,and the corresponding software is compiled with Visual Basic language.The accuracy and practicability of the new model are evaluated by example calculations.The evaluation results show that the established fluid accumulation prediction model for condensate gas wells can be used in engineering practice,and can diagnose fluid accumulation in time and improve the efficiency of the prediction method for fluid accumulation in condensate gas wells.
