摘 要:提出一种类RV减速器。以该减速器为模型,根据其结构原理得出其单环路XP系统类型;以单环路XP系统为基础,建立了减速器转速、转矩及功率矩阵,得出减速器输入输出功率矩阵;分析了各构件的功率流向,并将该功率流向映射到单环路XP系统上,建立了减速器功率流模型;得出该减速器无内循环功率,减速器整体传动效率相对较高的结论。最后,以该减速器为实例计算了其传动效率,得出整体传动效率理论上可达0.8210。A kind of RV-like reducer is proposed.Taking the reducer as a model and according to its structural principle,the single-loop XP system type is derived.Based on the single-loop XP system,the reducer speed,the torque and the power matrix are established and the reducer input and output power matrix is obtained;the power flow direction of each component is analyzed,the power flow direction is mapped to the single-loop XP system,and the reducer power flow model is established;a conclusion has been drawn that the RV reducer has no internal circulation power and the overall transmission efficiency of the reducer is relatively high.The transmission efficiency of the reducer is calculated as an example and the overall transmission efficiency can theoretically reach 0.8210.
