摘  要:为加快露天矿开采进度,提升爆破质量,以新疆某露天煤矿为研究对象,在580平盘及565平盘两个硬岩区域同步开展试验。为保证试验结果的准确性,采用相同的钻爆参数进行对比,同时建立硬岩区域钻爆施工档案,对爆破区域挖运情况进行全程跟踪,采用工程质量打分表的形式评比每次的爆破质量,并制定下次爆破试验方案。经多次试验改进后,爆破效果能够达到国家《煤矿安全生产标准化管理体系》一级要求,爆破质量得到甲方及剥离单位的一致认可,确定的爆破参数能够解决硬岩区域爆破施工质量问题,为相同岩石性质钻爆施工提供参考。In order to increase the development of open-pit mines,and improve blasting quality,the study takes an open-pit mine in Xinjiang as the research object,and does synchronization test on 580 flat plate and 565 plate hard rock areas.In order to ensure the accuracy of the test results,the same drilling and blasting parameters are compared,drilling and blasting construction files in hard rock area are established,the comprehensive trace is done on the excavation and transportation in the blasting area,the quality of each blast is evaluated with project quality scoring table,and the next blast test scheme is formulated.After the improvement of repeated tests,the blasting effect meets the national first-level requirements of“Mine Safety Production Standardization Management System”.Blasting quality has been unanimously approved by Party A and the stripping unit,determined blasting parameters can be used to solve the problem of blasting construction quality in hard rock area.This provides reference for the construction of the same rock quality drilling and blasting.
