摘  要:某井在解封过电缆封隔器时循环滑套发生断裂事故,采用光谱分析、金相分析、扫描电镜及力学分析法检测了滑套断口的形貌和组分,讨论了滑套断裂的原因。结果表明,该滑套的失效机理为过载断裂,解封过电缆封隔器时,由于管柱过提载荷接近滑套的最大承载能力,导致发生了断裂。循环孔的存在及排列形式造成工件结构不连续、承载能力下降、循环孔部位存在应力集中情况,为滑套本体最薄弱的位置,在较大外加载荷作用下发生断裂。为了防止发生类似断裂事故,应严格控制管柱过提载荷,考虑工具井下服役情况及动载荷的影响,建议最大上提载荷不超过管柱薄弱点抗拉强度的85%。Cracking accident occurs in circulating sliding sleeve while deblocking cable packer in an oil well.The study adopts spectral analysis,metallographic analysis,scanning electron microscope and mechanical analysis to detect the morphology and component of the fracture of sliding sleeve;and discusses the causes of sliding sleeve crackling.The results show that the failure mechanism of sliding sleeve is overload crackling,i.e.the overload crackling caused by overlift load of the string being close to the maximum bearing capacity of the sleeve while deblocking through-line packer.The existence and spread pattern of circulating hole cause the incontinuity of workpiece structure,descending carrying capacity,and the stress concentration of circulating hole site.Circulating hole is the weakest location of sliding sleeves,and crackling occurs under greater applied load.In order to prevent similar crackling accidents,it is suggested to control string overlift load,and consider the working situation under downhole service.The maximum overlift load does not exceed 85%extension strength of tubular column weak spots.
