心理应激护理在盆腔炎患者药物治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理应激护理在盆腔炎患者药物治疗中的应用价值。方法:回顾性选取2021年1月—2022年1月厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院收治的145例盆腔炎患者。根据干预措施将其分为对照组(72例)和研究组(73例)。两组均结合患者病情,给予其针对性的药物治疗,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在上述基础上给予心理应激护理。比较两组临床疗效,护理前后心理状况、社会支持度、生活质量。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组主观支持、客观支持、支持利用度评分及总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能、物质生活状态评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盆腔炎患者药物治疗中,应用心理应激护理效果较好,有助于改善患者心理状况,提高社会支持度,显著改善生活质量水平。Objective:To explore the application value of psychological stress nursing in drug treatment of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease.Method:A total of 145 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Women and Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from January 2021 to January 2022 were retrospectively selected.They were divided into control group(72 cases)and study group(73 cases)according to the different intervention measure.Both groups were given targeted drug treatment according to patients’conditions,the control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given psychological stress nursing on the basis of the above.The clinical efficacy,psychological status,social support degree and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the subjective support,objective support,support utilization scores and total score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of psychological function,social function,physical function and material life state of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the drug treatment of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease,the effect of the application of psychological stress nursing is good,it is help to improve the psychological status of patients,improve the degree of social support,significantly improve quality of life level.
