摘 要:目的:探讨双下肢低频电疗辅助药物预防产褥期下肢深静脉血栓形成(deep vein thrombosis,DVT)的临床效果。方法:选取2021年9月—2022年2月于龙岩人民医院分娩的240例孕妇作为研究对象。按照随机数表法分为四组,各60例,A组给予常规基础预防,B组给予常规基础预防+药物预防,C组给予常规基础预防+双下肢低频电疗法预防,D组给予常规基础预防+药物预防+双下肢低频电疗法预防。观察四组产后DVT发生率,记录分娩前(T_(1))、分娩后4 d(T_(2))及分娩后42 d(T_(3))时产妇下肢静脉血流参数及血小板含量(PLT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-D)水平。结果:A组产褥期DVT发生率为18.33%,B组产褥期DVT发生率为15.00%,C组产褥期DVT发生率为10.00%,D组产褥期DVT发生率为1.67%,D组产褥期发生率低于其他三组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T_(2)、T_(3)时,D组股静脉、腘静脉、胫后静脉血液流速均高于其他三组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余三组静脉血液流速对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。T_(2)、T_(3)时,D组PLT、FIB及D-D水平均低于其他三组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双下肢低频电疗辅助药物预防能够改善产妇下肢血流参数和微循环状态,有效降低产褥期产妇下肢DVT发生风险。Objective: To explore the clinical effect of low-frequency electrotherapy on both lower extremities supplemented with drugs on the prevention of the formation of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT) during puerperium. Method: A total of 240pregnant women who delivered in Longyan People’s Hospital from September 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the method of random number table, they were divided into four groups with 60 cases in each group. Group A was given routine basic prevention, group B was given routine basic prevention+drug prevention, group C was given routine basic prevention+double lower limb low-frequency electrotherapy prevention, and group D was given routine basic prevention+drug prevention+double lower limb low-frequency electrotherapy prevention. The incidence of postpartum DVT in the four groups was observed, and the venous blood flow parameters and the levels of platelet content(PLT), fibrinogen(FIB) and D-dimer(D-D) were recorded before delivery(T_(1)), 4 days after delivery(T_(2)) and 42 days after delivery(T_(3)). Result: The incidence rate of puerperium DVT in group A was 18.33%, that in group B was 15.00%, that in group C was 10.00%, that in group D was and 1.67%, and the incidence rate in group D was lower than that in other three groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). At T_(2) and T_(3), the blood flow velocities of femoral vein, popliteal vein and posterior tibial vein in group D were higher than those in the other three groups, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), and there was no statistical significance in venous flow velocity among the other three groups(P>0.05). The levels of PLT, FIB and D-D of puerperae in group D at T_(2) and T_(3) were lower than those in the other three groups, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The low-frequency electrotherapy on both lower extremities supplemented with drugs can improve the lower extremity blood flow parameters and microcircu
